Applied Recruitment is a privately owned firm, that believes in adhering to a highly ethical approach to recruitment.
In order to maintain these standards Applied Recruitment will:
- Act in good faith throughout the entire recruitment process
- Divulge all relevant information to both parties
- Never fabricate or enhance information when mediating between parties
- Not discriminate against any party on the basis of gender, age, disability,nationality or political and religious beliefs
- Maintain the confidences of all parties to the recruitment process at all times
- Only represent candidates that have been fully interviewed and assessed by a trained consultant
- Never introduce a candidate to a client without their express permission
- Treat all candidates in a manner that we would wish to be treated ourselves
- Process any data collected / held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
