Applied Recruitment is a privately owned firm, that believes in adhering to a highly ethical approach to recruitment.

In order to maintain these standards Applied Recruitment will:

  • Act in good faith throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Divulge all relevant information to both parties
  • Never fabricate or enhance information when mediating between parties
  • Not discriminate against any party on the basis of gender, age, disability,nationality or political and religious beliefs
  • Maintain the confidences of all parties to the recruitment process at all times
  • Only represent candidates that have been fully interviewed and assessed by a trained consultant
  • Never introduce a candidate to a client without their express permission
  • Treat all candidates in a manner that we would wish to be treated ourselves
  • Process any data collected / held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998
