MATERNITY LEAVES AND LONG TERM CONTRACTS PA’S/SECRETARIES/FACILITIES, FINANCIAL SECTOR CITY & WE - £28,000 - £40,000 PRO RATA

We have several maternity leave roles available working for our clients - major City and West End banks and financial institutions.

All roles will be working as part of busy team's some on a 1-1 or 1-2 basis, some supporting MD level/Global Head level others will be working within smaller investment houses and dedicated team areas.

These roles involve comprehensive secretarial, administrative and organisational support where you can fully utilise your excellent secretarial/systems skills as part of high profile, professional environments.

Departments include:

• Human Resources
• Marketing
• Facilities / Corporate Services
• IT
• Client Services
• Payroll
• Investment Management
• Private Banking
• Investment Services
• Corporate Finance

• You should have previous relevant secretarial/PA/office administration experience gained within a professional, corporate environment
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good MS Office ability. Including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Accurate typing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational ability
• A team player with common sense and initiative
• Financial sector experience an advantage
