CLIENT SERVICES/OPERATIONS ADMIN, HIGH NET WORTH TEAM, TO £35,000 - PLUS EXCELLENT BENS & BONUS, MAYFAIR
Our client is a leading Global Financial Services firm. Global Wealth Management and Business Banking combining one of the World’s leading Wealth Management businesses, a leading Retail Bank and one of the top Private Client Businesses in the World providing a comprehensive array of customised banking and securities services Globally. They are seeking a Client Advisor Assistant to support part of their High Net Worth team. As an integral part of the team you will be responsible for working closely with the Sales Advisors to maximise the sales efficiency of the Advisors by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of the clients’ day to day administrative needs.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:
- Daily Dealing, processing orders placed by Client Advisors and Fund Managers
- Placing subscription and redemption orders on all funds, phone and fax
- Liaising with Client Advisor’s and Fund Manager’s regarding settlement and portfolio valuations
- Resolving client queries
- Creating and making payments for trades
- Resolving issues regarding payments, missed and late payments
- Dealing with renunciations and transfers
- Booking and releasing all designation trades
- Ensuring all switch trades reflect on portfolios
- Create holding reports for accounts for reconciling
- Releasing trades to meet clients requirements
- Account Opening, Payments, Fixed Deposits, Foreign Exchange business, Stock Market orders and Alternative Investment applications.
- Liaising with internal service providers within the Bank to ensure timely execution/resolution of client requests/queries.
- Implementation of internal and external directives and guidelines in daily business transactions.
- Monthly reporting, such as the Advisor's revenues and adhoc client valuations.
- Reviewing, recommending and implementing new processes in your field of expertise.
Requirements
- Experience in the UK Financial Services industry ideally within a Front Office environment.
- Experience of all the account functions above and back-office ops including account opening, dealing with transactions, placing trades, transfers, ISA’s, Payments etc.
- Proven experience of handling volume transactions to deadlines
- History of client interaction. A first-rate communicator, both orally and written and able to maintain a professional approach at all times.
- Conscientious individual, detail-oriented with the ability to excel when working both in a team and independently.
- Technically competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (minimum intermediate level)
