MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS SUPPORT BUSINESS MANAGER - CEO SUPPORT, GLOBAL FINANCE, £25,000 - £40,000 DEPENDING ON EXP, PLUS BENS – JERSEY CHANNEL ISLES

Our client is a leading Global Financial Services firm. Global Wealth Management and Business Banking combining one of the World’s leading Wealth Management businesses, a leading Retail Bank and one of the top Private Client Businesses in the World providing a comprehensive array of customised banking and securities services Globally.

Working within the Management and Business Support area the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Jersey Location CEO in all business matters and will work closely with members of the Jersey Location Board. This person will be required to liaise and communicate effectively across the various functions within the Location and with UK and Global functions of their Wealth Management business.
The Hiring Manager is looking for graduates with a minimum of a 2:1 degree gained from a legal, economic or finance related degree.

Key tasks include:

• Business support to CEO, Location Head
• Business support to Jersey Location Board
• Business support to Jersey Wealth Management Board
• External marketing and communications in Jersey
• Internal communications in Jersey location
• Thematic business and strategic analysis
• Corporate administration
• Provision and maintenance of location management information
• Maintenance of legal structure database
• Project management as delegated by CEO

Requirements

Ideally candidates should have the following background and abilities:

• A minimum of a 2:1 legal, economic or finance related degree 
• Financial industry background preferred
• Strong analytical skills and planning skills
• Vision, competence and energy to help drive the business
• Detail orientated
• Ability to provide conceptual input into specific projects and plans across the location
• Ability to interact with senior Managers from across the business
