CLIENT ADVISOR ASSISTANT, WEALTH MANAGEMENT, TO £35,000 PLUS BENS, MAYFAIR

Our client is a leading Global Financial Services firm. Global Wealth Management and Business Banking combining one of the World’s leading Wealth Management businesses, a leading Retail Bank and one of the top Private Client Businesses in the World providing a comprehensive array of customised banking and securities services Globally.

To strengthen their team they are currently looking for a Client Advisor Assistant within their Private Wealth Management team.

As an integral part of the team the Client Advisor Assistant is charged with maximising the sales efficiency of the Client Advisor(s) by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of the clients day to day administrative needs

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Account opening, payments, fixed deposits, foreign exchange business, stock market orders and alternative investment applications
  • Liaising with internal service providers within the Bank to ensure timely execution/resolution of client requests/queries
  • Implementation of internal and external directives and guidelines in daily business transactions
  • Monthly reporting, such as the Client Advisor's revenues and adhoc client valuations
  • On the job training of less experienced staff
  • Reviewing, recommending and implementing new processes in your field of expertise.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in a Wealth Management Front Office Support role
  • History of direct client interaction
  • A first-rate communicator, both orally and written
  • Ability to maintain a professional approach at all times
  • A conscientious individual who is detail-oriented and excels when working both in a team and independently
  • Good time management
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Technically competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (minimum intermediate level
