NETWORK MANAGER – 3 RD PARTY OPERATIONS, GLOBAL FINANCE, C£45,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BENS, MAYFAIR

Our client is a leading Global Financial Services firm. Global Wealth Management and Business Banking combining one of the World’s leading Wealth Management businesses, a leading Retail Bank and one of the top Private Client Businesses in the World providing a comprehensive array of customised banking and securities services Globally.

They are currently recruiting for an experience Network Manager reporting directly to the Head of Transaction Processing, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. These will include but not be limited to:

  • Responsibility across both the UK and Channel Isle branches of Wealth Management
  • Proactive and effective 3rd party relationship management including their main Custodian
  • Proactive and effective internal client relationship management
  • Proactive management including contracts, due diligence and annual reviews for all third party suppliers to the UK and Channel Isle branches
  • Bringing escalated service issues to a mutually beneficial conclusion in a timely and efficient manner
  • Exploring cost reduction opportunities through management of our 3rd party and internal agent relationships
  • Contributing to lobbying efforts in markets, influence clearing and settlement and custody organisations with their initiatives
  • Successful delivery of projects where Network Management (NWM) are part of the Working Group or relevant Committee
  • Co-ordinating, completing, management and archiving all 3rd party and internal agent administration e.g. Service Level Agreements, due diligence etc.
  • Checking and validating agent fee invoices for accuracy and integrity
  • Management and review of group policies applicable to the COO

Further to the above responsibilities you will drive forward your objectives by leveraging resources and have the freedom to suggest, develop and implement innovative ideas and solutions to meet the overall objectives and needs of Transaction Processing team

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of Securities trading and event processing such as Corporate Actions and Dividend processing
  • Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with peers, management and external counterparties of the Bank
  • Your communication (oral and written), analytical and negotiation skills should be exceptional
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • To be available for occasional business travel
